The setup that I mean, If you have an incoming trunk [ used to do inbound routes so I can redirect a call to another number , using outbound trunk [ if I put qualify on the out trunk , how will asterisk behave??

This will happen if the registration expires. Are these peers registering to Asterisk? Ok so after some searching if did notice a few things, the peers that have the most problems with losing their IP address to Unspecified seems to have a direct relation to the expire time.
