Then, on June 23, Maple Story's game site announced their first ever 'golden hand' character design contest with BTS Jin's name as one of the judge.

After that, the community started to call him "Lord". And many media wrote articles about Jin being Maple Story Lord. Source : Tweet and Article. Best Sculpted Face in The World by the Czech firm CzDollic, selected from 18, male faces from 58 countries by 1,, public votes.

This seems to show that, no matter how painful it is for him, Jin is willing to go out of his moral comfort zone, if it means saving the world. Despite his indifference and arrogance, Jin's belief that he is motivated by altruism makes him very different from his father and grandfather, and shows that he may still be a good man at heart.

He prefers to be alone and does not want others to interfere in his fights, as shown in most dialogues and quotes. For instance, he keeps telling Xiaoyu to stop following him. In their ending, however, Jin seems to care about Xiaoyu, as he gets affected by the Pandora and tells her to stay away, not wanting to hurt her.

He seems more calm and kindhearted, avoiding killing Heihachi when he had several opportunities to do so. Jin is shown to be fairly helpful to other characters when he joins them to fight off monsters and demons. However, towards the fight against the main antagonist and final boss, Meden Traore, his wife, Due Flabellum, and the Belanos Brothers, Jin is shown to be a serious and very determined person.

Jin also assists other characters, including his grandfather Heihachi, his friend Xiaoyu, and especially both protagonists Kogoro Tenzai and Mii Kouryuji, to put an end to their misery.

This was carried out whilst having an uneasy alliance with his father, Kazuya, to save the world with the other Namco Bandai , Capcom , Sega , and Nintendo heroes from Ouma's plot. However, Jin also retains a small portion of usual coldheartedness, particularly toward certain characters who were impressed by the Devil Gene eg.

Valkyrie and Ingrid. Jin warns others about his father, Kazuya, and is wary towards martial artists from other games during his encounter with Ryo Hazuki, Axel Stone, and Segata Sanshiro. Jin Kazama is of Japanese ethnicity. He has black hair that spikes at the back of his head, similar to that of his father, Kazuya Mishima. He also sports fringes like his mother, Jun Kazama. Jin is also notably muscular with a low body fat percentage, evidence of the many years of hard training. His resemblance to his father is so strong, that in early screen showings of Tekken 3 where his character was still unnamed, many fans speculated that he was a young version of Kazuya Mishima, specifically when he was in his early teen years.

While Jin inherited his father's body structure, his face strongly resembles his mother's. One of Jin's most prominent aspects is the black tattoo-like mark on his left shoulder, a mark that the Devil Gene branded onto him. Jin has worn a great deal of outfits during the course of the Tekken series. Most of his outfits feature a flame motif, and, with the exception of a single outfit in Tekken 6 , gloves or gauntlets. In Tekken 6 , Jin discards his gloves from Tekken 5 that contain the Kazama family crest in lieu of ones that model his former Mishima style ones.

This could be a subtle hint at his personality change. He also has another outfit shown in the Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion opening, which is a black leather jacket, with white and red rider gloves, grey pants, and black shoes; he also wears matching black sunglasses which were shown in a scene in the Scenario Campaign mode, and in Hwoarang's ending in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 , in which he wears his CEO outfit during their motorcycle race.

In the Tekken: Blood Vengeance movie, he is primarily seen in two outfits. The first outfit is a black long sleeve loose button shirt with an extended collar, black pants, and black shoes; during his fight with both his father, and grandfather, he dons his red and black detachable gauntlets as seen in Tekken 6.

The second outfit is a summer version of his school uniform in Tekken 3 , which is shown in the photo frame between him and Shin Kamiya inside of his apartment. In Tekken 7 , Jin sports a new zippered hoodie costume made of leather, with matching pants. He retains his trademark red gauntlets, which have now been extended to full-on armor, covering the entire length of his arms.

He also wears a red belt and red boots. He received intense training under his grandfather Heihachi Mishima - all in an effort to avenge the loss of his mother by fighting and defeating Ogre. This Tournament is his chance to test his strength and face his destiny. Version 2 At the age of fifteen, Jin discovered that he was Kazuya Mishima's son, and also that his mother, Jun Kazama , had died the actual truth was that she had gone missing.

Jin, after having survived the attack of Ogre , went and found Heihachi Mishima , and trained himself under the supervision of Heihachi every day with the intention of defeating Ogre, who supposedly killed his mother. Heihachi was not only his grandfather, but also proved to be a reliable teacher. Four years later, having mastered the Kazama and Mishima fighting styles, Jin began his path as a martial artist.

Suddenly, due to the extreme battle, True Ogre violently exploded. Mere seconds after his victory, Jin is attacked by Heihachi's Tekken Force soldiers; he received multiple gunshot wounds. Slowly succumbing to death, Heihachi shoots Jin in the head, killing his own grandson. However, when Heihachi turned his back and walked away, he saw the bodies of his soldiers before him and turned around to see Jin morphed into his devil form, Devil Jin.

Jin then slammed Heihachi through a wall of the temple and violently hurled Heihachi down into the ground. Finally, Jin spread his wings and flew off. Heihachi, weakly, sat up and watched as his grandson, Devil Jin, disappeared into the night. Prologue Brisbane , Australia ; a city crowded with buildings, new and old.

Nestled amongst the towering buildings of this city was a small dojo. A young man trained there quietly, his face covered by the hood of his jacket. The young man was Jin Kazama. Day after day, Jin trained in the traditional art of karate. Ever since Heihachi's betrayal, Jin loathed everything about himself; his Mishima bloodline, his fighting style, the Devil Gene in his blood, everything. He gave up the Mishima-Ryu fighting style, thanks to the dojo master's training, and mastered traditional karate.

Jin's thoughts burned with the desire to destroy the evil Mishima bloodline, the bloodline of his grandfather, Heihachi Mishima, and his father, Kazuya. A once in a lifetime opportunity to exterminate the Mishima clan Summary of In-Game Events After fighting many opponents in the tournament, Jin was scheduled to fight with his father, Kazuya.

On his way to fight Kazuya, Jin encountered Tekken Force soldiers. Jin managed to take down a number of them, but was outnumbered and eventually defeated. He was then taken prisoner by the soldiers. Kazuya was called the winner of their match by default and went on to fight Heihachi. After losing to Heihachi, Kazuya was led to Hon-Maru by him. After initially being surprised at seeing Jin chained up, Kazuya's Devil took over him, and after briefly conversing with Heihachi, knocked Heihachi out with a laser.

Devil then attempted to take the Devil Gene from Jin, taunting him from within his mind as he did so. To Devil's dismay, Jin's devil tattoos appeared on his chest, but Jin did not transform, and neither was the Devil Gene drawn from his body. Devil speculated that it must be Jin's Kazama blood that was preventing the assimilation. As Devil was trying to understand this failure, Kazuya fought internally with him, and managed to seize back control, merging their power in the process.

Kazuya then tried to awaken his son. Ending Description While unconscious, Jin struggles with the demon inside of him and the repeating voice of his father, Kazuya. Upon finally awakening, and now bearing a chest tattoo and arm tattoos, Jin saw he was in chains inside Hon-Maru with his father.

Breaking free, Jin swore to end everything by killing Kazuya. After Jin defeated Kazuya, Heihachi scoffed at his son's loss and promised to take the Devil's power for himself by killing Jin. Jin also defeated Heihachi, and was now in a semi-transformed devil state, with his tattoos and wings visible.

He drew back his fist to kill his grandfather, but suddenly stopped as he saw a vision of his mother. He threw his grandfather to the floor and told him: "Thank my mother, Jun Kazama " before flying away. As he flew off, several black feathers fell to the ground, amongst which was a single white feather. Prologue Jin Kazama. A child of destiny. After fighting Kazuya and Heihachi, an evil spirit swelled within Jin. Awakened by an unknown voice, Jin looked around at a forest completely destroyed.

And he knew he was the one who did it. He was overwhelmed by an evil presence and lost consciousness. Jin woke to an unknown voice and saw a mountain forest, which appeared to have been ravaged by a giant tornado. However, Jin had no doubt that he was responsible for the destruction.

Upon returning to Yakushima, Jin was plagued by recurring nightmares. Jin could feel the influence of the devil gene growing stronger. However, Jin's devil form took over him, and as a devil, he brutally injured Hwoarang, allowing him to progress.

Jin would later defeat Wang Jinrei , before finally triumphing over Jinpachi Mishima. Ending Description Jinpachi soon dissipates into nothing but sand. After Jinpachi's death, Jin is seen walking through the Mishima Zaibatsu's throne room before sitting on the throne and giving a sinister smile.

He utilized his elite military unit, The Tekken Force, to carry out covert missions in order to engulf the world in chaos. By doing so, he rendered most countries' military power useless and seized control of energy resources, such as oil fields and space colonies. With his newfound power, he declared independence and waged war against the rest of the world. The Mishima Zaibatsu swept through, taking over nation after nation.

But as the war continued, new opposing forces slowly began making their presence known. Jin learned that Kazuya Mishima was controlling the first and most powerful of the opposition, the G Corporation, from behind the scenes. When the G Corporation places a price on his head, Jin announces the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6, as if he had been waiting for the opportunity.

Ending Description Arcade Jin successfully defeats Azazel and Kazuya, and once out of the temple, is welcomed by one of the Tekken Force helicopters with his bodyguard, Nina , aboard.

Suddenly, Nina is thrown from the aircraft by Heihachi, who had been commandeering the helicopter the entire time. Heihachi leaps out of the helicopter to commence a battle with Jin, telling him that he will return the Zaibatsu back to him.

Jin is victorious and escapes the collapsing temple on another of his Tekken Force helicopters and heads back to HQ. Aside from G Corporation, Jin's other rival at this time comes from within his own company. However, in the Scenario Campaign mode, it is revealed that the war and tournament were set into play to fill the world with enough negative energy to make the physical form of the evil entity known as Azazel , because Jin and Kazuya are known as the " Two Evil Stars ".

Having been "defeated" by Lars Alexandersson, Jin explained to him why he started the war. He revealed that he heard Azazel in his mind, and that the demon was already awake but wanted Jin to help it gain a physical form. Believing that he could destroy the demon for good if he gave it a physical form, Jin decided to complete enough of the prophecy to allow Azazel to appear.

He then intended to lure Azazel out and kill it, saving the world from the Mishima devil bloodline in the process which was linked to Azazel's blood. Jin knew that only someone with a Devil Gene could kill Azazel, and believed he could wipe out his own devil gene, the demon, and also topple many corrupt governments and corporations around the world in the process. Lars told Jin that he had already taken Azazel out, but Azazel rose again before them. Jin then utilized his Devil's power and sacrificed himself to kill Azazel for good.

After Jin defeated Azazel, Raven found Jin's body lying in the desert. Pink docs, and I bet under that photo-frame there's going to be pink hair too, plus his tattoos give him away. I personally don't think Yuu is active at all knowing what he looks like nowadays, he cut his hair rather short and just looks like your average businessman, and in the photo there isn't any indication of him to be quite honest, if you know his build.

San is doing some random session bands here and there so there might be a slight possibility he's the one in the far right of the photo, especially with that skirt-thing going on, but I can't be certain about that. The two full-mystery members are the ones directly right and left from Jin. I like those previews. It seems it still has that Jin's ambience, which it's one thing one enjoys about him.

I'll never understand why people cares so much about JIN's voice, this is how visual kei works since the beginning. It is reeeeaally hard to find a good vocalist in this scene, and I'm talking about good vocalists and not the Juka's voice people usually says its good. They know how to play, but unfortunately and judging by the preview posted on Youtube, their music just doesn't appeal to me at all.

And I'll never understand why there are so many people who think his voice is bad. There's nothing that determines he's a bad vocalist, though. Only the judgment of people. I mean, sure, if he sounded like Maria Cross or something, then I'd be there with you.

But he's one of the best active vocalists in the VK scene and people are just too thickheaded to hear it. Nu metal has not been popular for a long time. Japanese bands have been moving away from its influence since at least Never ever ever. And nor is The Black Swan. In fact the last legitimately well-known nu metal-inspired J-rock release was Girugamesh's Music as far as I'm aware.. That I can agree with. Near the end especially when San's guitar work became really stale. But tbh I think TBS is a tiny improvement.

The lack of drum triggers is promising. So NEGA's ex-drummer and bassist aren't in this band? Meh, what a deception. But I'll get over it. Samples are amazing, they look cool, etc. So I hope this band lasts for a long time and they get lots of fans, tour abroad and all. Just by making NEGA-like songs it already makes me extremely interested in this project.
